Nowruz Milonguero Festival (NMF) 2023 will be held in downtown Asheville, March 17-19, 2023. Nowruz (the Persian New Year) will be celebrated at this encuentro with decorations and cortinas in the Persian flavor. Brigitta Winkler from Berlin will be this year’s teacher.
